B.J. King & Associates is a continuation of a practice commenced in 1983.  Our company specialises in the taxation, legalities and accounting for all Taxes, GST, PAYE and Fringe Benefit matters.  We deal in taxation matters with regard to all entities including Companies, Trusts, Partnerships and Individuals.  We specialise in all aspects of businesses both commercial and residential rental properties including Look Through Companies.

Barry King is a professionally qualified, found member of the Tax Agents Institute of New Zealand (FTINZ) and in the past has been Vice President of the Institute.  In March of 2002 Barry was made a "Fellow" of the Tax Agents Institute.  Barry is also a small business mentor with the Trade & Industry Development Unit.

Our company is an Inland Revenue registered Tax Agent.  This authorisation is held in high regard when dealing with Inland Revenue personnel and registration is only maintained by correct and timely completion and filing of clients Income Tax, GST, PAYE and FBT returns.  If you are linked to us as your Tax Agent then you have an extension of time to file Income Tax returns and an extension of time to pay Income Tax.
